He is a wonderful person and has a mature, caring crew that pays attention to detail. Sometimes he would not return calls during the time his business was booming, but keep calling! He is a quality person and does quality work for a very fair price.

It went well. No issues or complications!

We did not undergo with him. He was nice but outrageously expensive. He was not comparable to the other persons we ended up hiring. It was high compared to what I was expecting. I do not want to completely flam him because I know that a lot of times, this type of work you are not comparing the same quality or pricing. I had the feeling that he could probably do a really good job for us, but I think I just did not want to get in that kind of bracket of what I had to pay for. I did not get enough bids to say that he was completely out of line with everyone else. I think he was pretty responsive. It was the busiest time of the year, and he got back with me pretty quickly as far as I can recall.

They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

I called them and had to leave a message....I never heard back.

I've been using them for awhile and they are dependable. They also have pretty good pricing and are a professional company.

I gathered the leaves from our lawn into a large pile. I called Zach to arrange a time for him to pick them up, and he gave me a window of a few days. On the day he picked them up he called about 45 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was coming. He did a quick and very thorough job - it looked like he got every last leaf. I'll definitely call him again next year.

They really followed up well when I needed them. They did a fantastic job. They are hard working, and I am very pleased with the outcome of their services. They did an excellent job. They finished the job in a timely manner. They also did some customer pavers for us. They were not able to find a particular type of tiles, and they ended up cutting up some for us and replacing to match some others that we previously had.

We use him because of affordability, reliability and that sort of thing.

The process began very well. Zack was timely with an initial callback and came out to look at the work we needed to have done. He spent time a reasonable time reviewing the work and measuring. He promised an estimate in on Monday or Tuesday via eMail. After not receiving any contact by Wednesday, I called Zack requesting follow up. I received no further contact and called again on Friday. I requested some contact, even if it was to decline the job. Again, no response. 3 days after my last call, I have yet to receive any contact. It appears that Zack, whose company name is now greensideup lawncare, is no longer willing to do "small jobs" and certainly not interested in any more work. We are very disappointed in the follow up and professionalism.

He has been doing a great job! He does the job very quickly and efficiently.

A lot of companies wouldn't give us the time of day because it was such a small job, but he put a good crew together and did a great job of it for a reasonable price. We are very happy with.
