Verde Cleaning LLC

Where to begin? They came in very professionally for the initial walkthrough and were very nice. We run an 8,000 sf studio complex and agreed to trust them with weekly cleanings. Everything went downhill from there. First they did not understand how coded door locks functioned, and only half the office was being cleaned. Our locks are not complex (Kwikset SmartCode 916's and Yale 226's) and have been on the market for over a decade so I gotta believe they've seen them elsewhere. After that, they forgot to mop floors and hallways. Liquid stains and dust and cobwebs remained on the floors and ceiling after multiple cleanings. Then, on May 30th, they left SIX of our studio doors unlocked, and let a homeless man walk out of a white van barefoot and into our studio when no one else was there. Their response? "Oh we did see a barefoot man but he looked like be belonged there." Great...thousands of dollars of our assets exposed to the world. Got tons of video and security system evidence and refused to pay for their services. They left voicemails admitting this all happened, and then threatened to get lawyers involved and defame us on Facebook. We have saved all their voicemails and filed a police report. Avoid them if you value your assets and sense of security.

Do not use this company. I had used this company off and on for several years. When I complained that they did not do a good job again, the owner, Patty, wrote me a nasty email. When I answered with "are you calling me a liar"? Guess what she wrote " you've got that right". UNBELIEVABLE and unprofessional. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. We all work long hard hours and the last thing we need is a smart mouthed owner....

The 1st cleaning went well. The 2nd time the ladies came 1 hour early, even though I specified to not come before a designated time of day. The ladies returned at the agreed upon time but hurried through the cleaning, missing spots on the carpets and kitchen counters. I also found many places over the next week where dusting had been missed. I decided to try one more time. I contacted Verde via email and didn't hear anything back for more than a week. I then phoned Verde. We set up a 3rd cleaning. The ladies did not show up at the designated time because Verde had not scheduled them at the right time. We rescheduled for the next day. All of this meant that I had to re-arrange my schedule. The ladies came on time at the rescheduled time but again hurried through the job, leaving after 1 hour 10 minutes, even though the agreed on time was 2 hours. They also again missed areas that needed vacuuming, cleaning, and dusting. I wanted to try one more time and emailed Verde for a 4th cleaning. Verde did not respond for 2 weeks and could not accommodate any of the dates/times I had requested, even though we were supposed to be on their 1 time per month cleaning schedule.

Patty, who owns Verde Cleaning, was wonderful. I was calling relatively last-minute, and she fit me in for a much lower price than the other companies I had contacted. She also worked with me to clean the apartment even though I couldn't be there to let her in or meet her in person after she finished. She was friendly and professional, and allowed me to send her a check after she finished the cleaning. She and her team even moved around some of the things we had left in the house to make sure she cleaned the interiors of cabinets and the fridge.

We have been very pleased with them, Patty and her crew are so pleasant and do a great job!

Patty and Nate are a super team. They are professional and provide a great cleaning service. The best is that they are personable and friendly. I look forward to the days they clean my house!

They did reasonably OK and in time. However, my new tenants complained that fridge and some cabinets were not cleaned thoroughly.

The entire experience was great! They were on time, a little early actually, which was wonderful. The did an excellent job! I used to clean houses as well, so it was nice to have the same attention paid to my home. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!

The Verde Cleaning team is such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I plan to hire them regularly for our regular personal home cleanings as well as for our annual rental property move-out cleanings. We love the fact that they are friendly, responsive to our personal preferences on how things are cleaned, and that they offer a Green Cleaning option. An overall positive experience, at the right price!
