piano tuning
 + -1 moreMr. Wirth was professional, prompt, and obviously very knowledgeable about pianos. He was friendly and did a great job. I was glad I got his name from a friend.
Description of Work: Mr. Wirth came to my house and tuned my piano. When he was checking his work, he played a little bit - wow! His card says he does rentals, concert service, tuning and restoration.

piano moving
 + -1 moreI had a piano emergency and was desperate. I had just purchased this lovely old piano, but had a problem. The seller was having work done in the room where the piano was and needed it out within a couple of days. Everyone else I called was not available, plus they charged so much more. Tim was so kind to squeeze my emergency into his schedule. Really he should have charged me more. Moving pianos looks like hard work!!!
Description of Work: I had a piano that I had bought from a lady who was moving away, and Mr. Wirth and his trusty assistant moved the piano for me from the sellers house to mine. It was a first floor to first floor move, I know it would cost more for up or downstairs. It was quite an operation, all the stuff they had to lay down and how careful they were. The piano did great.

 + -1 moreWe have used Tim for four years. He works around our schedule, he is reliable and always does good work. His rates are reasonable. He makes sure we are happy with his work.
Description of Work: Tim tuned our ten-year old Baldwin upright piano. He tunes it every year to keep the piano sounding beautiful.
