Primos Garage Doors

We came home last night and closed the garage with no problem. About two minutes later, we heard a loud pinging sound. We werenâ t sure what happened and went out to investigate and the garage door would no longer open. I called Primos, it was about 8 PM at night. Toby called me right back and came out the next morning and fixed everything. Turns out we had two broken springs! Service was quick and extremely professional. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs garage service!!

I've used three different companies for garage doors over 30 years and by far in a way these guys are the best. I got the doors I wanted and they were insulated better than I could have expected and the install was done very quickly and efficiently. Did I mention that they had the best prices too.

As someone who uses my garage door as the main access to my home I was devastated when it stoped working last week. I reached out to Primos and had an appointment the next day for a tech to come out and diagnose and fix the problem. They showed up on time with a pleasant and helpful attitude. Having three kids the tech Aaron also did a great job happily working while they asked endless questions. They were able to fix my issue quickly and answer any questions I had regarding the process. On top of fixing my broken spring Aaron did some preventative maintenance greasing up all the parts that needed it and tightening the chain. I will continue to use them for all my garage door needs in the future. Thank you again for the great service.

You will NOT be disappointed in choosing Primos Garage Doors! They have hooked it up twice for us, once after we had to get a new system and another time after a cable broke. BOTH times they came the next day, first thing. They are super efficient, clean, kind, and bar-none.

Needed an emergency garage door repair. My garage door came off track on one side. I went on home advisor to find a pro. Toby was the first one to call. I explained to him what the problem was and he said no problem, I can be there within the hour. He showed up exactly when he said he would. I should him the problem. Again he said no problem and got right to work. He displayed excellent customer service and professionalism. He was quick with his work is of excellent quality. And very reasonably priced for an emergency service. I highly recommend him for any garage service you need.

It's hard enough to find someone who will call you back, but when you get a guy like Toby Perez who calls you, wants to know how he can help, and then at the end of his day comes by at 7:30 pm instead of going home and calling you the next day. the is MY GUY. I couldn't recommend a nicer, greater business owner than Mr. Perez. In a would where customer service is lost, it was great to find him. Supporting local businesses is so important in todays world, if you need a Garage door guy...HE'S IT.

Promos Garage Doors was the fastest service company I've ever worked with. I put out a request for a new door and his response with a visit and estimate was no more than an hour of the request. No "squeezing in" a visit in a day or two.
