Great! I contacted Front Range Garage door company recently as my garage door was opening slowly and seemed like it was about to break - they came back quickly for a service & I had Ryan come and perform a service. He did a service and was up front with the work that needed to be done and didn't drive me to work that wasn't needed - so thankful for the honest feedback and only doing the work required.

Called them on Thursday night and they were at my home on Friday morning.

The door and opener replacement went smoothly and we love our new garage door in that it definitely added curb appeal to our home. We're especially impressed that Front Range was able replace an indoor switch for the door without any problems. Other companies we called could not give us a simple solution to what looked like a straightforward request.

He explained everything he did (so I can do it myself next time). He was courteous and prompt. I would hire them again if I ever have any more problems.

A garage door spring broke on Saturday, May 16. I called Front Range on Monday morning. They could have been out 7:30A on Tuesday but I couldn't be home then. I scheduled for Tuesday at 2:00PM. Late Monday morning Front Range called to say they could do the repair that afternoon which I accepted. Aaron arrived within minutes of the scheduled time and, in 30 minutes, had completed the work and was on his way. I was amazed at his efficiency with no wasted motion. He worked non-stop like a programmed robot (that is meant as a complement) replacing the door springs, tightening all the bolts on each door section and lubricating the rollers. I was not expecting the bolt tightening and lubrication. I would definitely recommend Front Range Garage Door .

The installer, Aaron, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and did a clean job of installation. He also lubricated both of my garage doors, checked and adjusted the operation of the existing opener, and programmed my car's HomeLink system for both doors.

Called one day; serviceman arrived the next. Bill was prompt (imortant to me!), thorough, and efficient.. Diagnosed the problem within minutes and set to work correcting it. Did a complete job, was pleasant to talk to, and did a good clean-up. PROBLEM SOLVED!

We initially called to get an estimate on repairing our 45 year old wooden garage door. It was grinding in the tracks and had become unreliable, closing or opening whenever it wanted not when we wanted it to. Bob came out and explained what the problem was and what would be involved in the repair. He was helpful and informative. We broached the idea of a new garage door and opener (Sears didn't even carry spare parts for our old decrepit openers.) He talked with us about the options, but didn't press us to replace our door. He was informative without being pushy. We decided we'd had it with our old, heavy skewed door and scheduled an installation of a new one. On the appointed day Bob was precisely on time and did the job competently and in a timely manner. We are relieved to be rid of our old door and very happy with the new door and openers.

It went the way that a service call is supposed to go. On time, cost was what I was quoted on the phone, polite technician. My wife was very comfortable being home alone while the tech was there.

The replacement went very well. He came out before noon on the same day that I placed the request. He called ahead of arrival as requested and arrived a few minutes before promised. He replaced the old springs, surveyed and tightened the entire door, adjusted the travel and lubricated the pivots. It was all done in less than an hour with a minimal labor charge.

Came right on time - did it all within 1 hour labor charge. Very pleased with availability, quick fixing of the main problem, and advice on possible next steps to improve a few remaining issues.
