I contacted Flatirons AV to help resolve a number of technology issues, including syncing email between a PC, iPhone, and iPad along with reviewing and disposing of old technology. Josh was able to meet with me and fix the syncing issues and was able to help remove old equipment and make recommendations for secure disposal along with recycling of the aged electronic equipment. He was professional, honest, and able to complete the work in a timely manner. Money well spent and highly recommend!

we reacently moved into our home and needed expert help figuring out the previously installed AV system in our basement. Josh is great, took the time to sort out our AV spaghetti cords and unknown speaker issues. He showed us how it was set up, made several suggestions for how to improve it and made himself available for any questions or concerns. He was polite, clean, knowledgeable, and helped us out a lot. We HIGHLY recommend Josh for your low voltage A/V and electronic needs! Here’s why: A few weeks ago, we mistakenly hired a discount technician to install a Logitech Circle View Doorbell for Apple HomeKit. They couldn’t get it to work (and left without charging us), so we called Josh to correct their ineptitude. Thank goodness we did! Josh got the doorbell working when we didn’t think it would ever happen. And he did it on a Saturday right before we were leaving town, all with a friendly and professional attitude.

I had been pounding my head against the wall trying to get my home music system to work. Couldn't get anything to work for longer than a few minutes. Flat irons AV fixed it in no time flat and everything is great. Highly recommend

I contacted Flatirons AV to mount a flatscreen TV over my fireplace. The wall is constructed of an odd material making finding the studs prohibitive. Josh responded to me right away, gave me a positive initial assessment based on some pictures, and got the job scheduled and completed in less than a week. Flatirons AV's communication was prompt and thorough, options were presented in a detailed manner, the price was reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. I'm very happy with the outcome and will be contacting Flatirons AV again for future jobs. I recommend them highly!

I can’t say enough about this amazing company and jOSH the tech who helped me ! I live in Fort Collins Colorado he’s almost in Denver so I really never expected him to drive hear to help but what he did was awesome not only did he take time away from his family time ! He went on the phone face timed me and fixed my issue! It amazed me his knowledge of electronics he was absolutely fare on what he asked me to pay him ! I don’t really write reviews but I’m writing one for this tech and company because he went out of his way to make me and my family able to enjoy our new sound system I would use this company and tech in the future and I HIGHLY recommend whoever reads this review to use him also he is reliable and great customer service

Josh was recommended to us by a friend. We needed our phone/internet and Comcast coax put in a wall box on the side of the house, I called Josh, left a message, he called me back within the hour, I sent him a picture, he gave me a price. He came out in a couple of days and did a fabulous job. Couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend him.
