I highly recommend Boulder All Star Movers. Beaux and Manny showed up right on time. They were courteous, efficient and very careful with my furniture. They took great care to make sure nothing ended up scratched or damaged. They went out of their way to make sure everything was put back in place exactly as we wanted. Will definitely use again. I contacted 5 different companies and through that process selected Boulder All Star as their pricing and packages were very fair - but more importantly they were very communicative and answered my many questions! After the move - I believe their price came out even better! The move from our house to storage went extremely well! The team was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. In 2 months - I will use them to move from storage to our new house definitely and I would recommend them to any of my closest friends.

I spoke with Don, the owner, originally to get an idea of the cost. He gave a six hour price and he was spot on without having to stop out to view all of the stuff that we had to move. On moving day, all three of the young men did a great job. They called ahead of time to let us know that they were on their way. They were fast and took great care to wrap the delicate furniture so that there was no damage. They finished in the time estimated.

When we moved to the Longmont area, we didn't know exactly when our ABF U-pack trailer would arrive. A few days before its arrival, we were able to get an exact day, but then we needed to find a mover to help us unload the contents since we were renting a 3rd floor apartment. Boulder All Star was, to our great luck, available on the day we needed them. We confirmed availability and then secured our reservation with their very easy online form. They told us that we could reserve them for 6 hours and they would refund us for any time unused. The two guys that came to help were polite and helpful. They arrived one or two hours prior to the time which I asked them to start. They worked very hard to both unload our trailer, and carry half our contents up 3 flights of stairs, as well as load the rest into their moving truck, and transport it to a nearby storage facility. One of the guys was particularly detail oriented, taking time to ask me which room I wanted each box to be deposited, and offering to rearrange a few of the heavier boxes into my preferred locations. They worked relatively quickly considering they worked through the noon lunchtime hour, and they carried quite a few things up lots of stairs. We have not been able to unpack all of our boxes, since we are only renting temporarily, so we don't know for sure whether or not any of our items were broken - although so far all of our dishes and glassware arrived just fine. If anything does turn out broken, I suspect it will have most likely gotten broken during transportation in the trailer, and *not* from any recklessness by this moving company. I did not follow up with the company, but we ended up using only 4 of the 6 reserved hours. Several weeks later, I checked my credit card statement and noticed they did in fact process the refund for the 2 unused hours. We moved and used their services mid-month and the refund was processed at the end of the month.

Don introduced himself and his business partner and made sure I had all my questions answered. They were incredibly polite and professional. They both worked very hard and I insisted on buying them lunch at Heidi's Deli. We all took a brief break to enjoy lunch. They were very appreciative. They blanket wrapped everything, and took special care with glass tables and pictures. Everything was moved without any scratches to the furniture or dings in the walls of my new home. It was a smooth transition and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a big or small move, business or residential.
