Description of Work: Had a new Kitchen Aid 48 inch Duel fuel Range that didn't function properly, Oven didn't get hot . Igniter for the stove top did not ignite, Was referred to Jimbo from Kitchen Aid Warranty Services. Jimbo and his Assistant cam out same day , super polite, knowledgable and neat. Put down floor protector before they moved range. Pinpointed the problem within minutes. Turned out it was an electrical issue by the electrician. Had it fixed and tested everything to make sure no other issues , than explained self cleaning functioning to me and gave me tips for operating the unit. These guys are top notch.

Description of Work: I'd worked with this company in the past and thought they were fair and honest. This time they came out to give me an estimate on doing some work and charged me $104 just for the estimate. They didn't tell me at the time of the call that they were going to charge me $104 for the estimate alone. The work that needed to be done was as much as their estimate. I contacted them and told them they didn't tell me an estimate was going to be this much. They didn't acknowledge my concern and just sent me another invoice for $104. I will never work with this company again. At least tell people what you're going to bill them for BEFORE and not after.
