None of the "what work needed done" fit. We had an issue with concrete separating from a retained wall. Drew represented his company professionally and did great work. He gave a great explanation of his thoughts to fix the issue without going immediately to a major replacement. I highly recommend for any project whether in be remodel, landscape, or cement work.

Avoid Four Seasons Ready Construction I strongly caution anyone thinking about hiring Drew Mears and his company, Four Seasons Ready Construction. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to ongoing issues with licensing, work quality, and financial disputes. Licensing Issues: Drew and his company are not licensed in Denver, which has led to multiple compliance problems and unnecessary expenses to fix subpar work. Quality of Work: The work done by Drew?s unlicensed workers was poorly executed. I?ve had to hire licensed professionals to correct plumbing and electrical problems that were caused by improper installation. Refund Issues: Drew is refusing to refund money for services that were not started unless I sign a general liability release form. I advise against signing anything unless it?s legally required, and I recommend contacting consumer protection agencies for further assistance.

I hired Drew Mears/Four Seasons Ready Construction to put in flooring and retexture the walls in my basement. The experience has been an absolute nightmare. Drew hired unskilled and unqualified workers, resulting in sloppy, substandard work that caused additional damage to my home. To make matters worse, the project remains unfinished, despite full payment. This project started in June 2024. In September, Drew was increasingly unresponsive and when I was able to get in contact with him, he promised that someone would come fix the outstanding items but as of Jan 3 2025, this has not happened and he refuses to address the poor work or complete the job. This behavior borders on contractor fraud, as they took payment without delivering the promised services or even attempting to fix the mess they created. The negligence, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. If you want to avoid being taken advantage of, stay far away from Drew Mears Four Seasons Ready Construction

Quite possibly the smoothest experience I have ever encountered in my 20+ years using contractors. Drew and his crew were nothing but outstanding to work with. Id 10/10 recommend these guys to everyone!
