I had a great customer service experience with Limelight from start to finish. An easy online form scheduled the service, automated messages kept me aware of the appointment progress the entire way, techs showed up early within my chosen time window, Kyler and Tony were very polite and personable and did a good job setting proper expectations for the appointment. They diagnosed the issue within minutes and made the repair quickly. I would have no problem recommending this company’s services to others.

Ben was fantastic. It's so hard to find someone this knowledgeable and willing to get right to the problem and fix it. We have a very old home that has a complex setup and that didn't worry Ben at all. He was able to rapidly diagnose issues, even beyond our original service call. His years of experience were obvious and we will certainly be using his services again!

Customer service was above and beyond, it all started with the friendly receptionist who said "let me call my plumbing manager and see if we can get someone out to give you a quote " (we had a leaking pipe in our basement)it's Friday late afternoon and she said "we can have a plumbing tech there within 30 minutes " 10 minutes later Zach shows up. Very friendly, knowledgeable, went down to the basement found the problem, went to go purchase a few things he needed to get the job done and came back and cut out and replaced my leaking pipe!!! He was apologizing for having to go to the store because he's no longer in the field..he's actually the plumbing Manager!!! He didn't want us to have to wait through the weekend. Above and beyond Customer service!!

Great. Showed up when he said he would, stayed in contact, and stayed very late to finish when we were up against a deadline. Quality of work is excellent. Really cares about doing a good job.

Jason is an excellent electrician. He is extremely hard-working and shows up when he says he will. We used him for our remodel, and again to do other work. We are happy to be able to recommend him. (We had many bad/mediocre sub-contractors on our remodel, and he was among the excellent ones.) He stays very busy with work, so plan ahead, if possible.
