Chris was responsive and flexible when I needed to make a change. Easy to have around the house, too. I would definitely hire him again.

Chris was excellent. He arrived on time, he was very thorough and he didn't over charge. We will certainly call him again.

I called Chris on Monday, he was up at my house already working that afternoon. We had Chris repair, sand, scrape, wash, and then paint our deck, only 2 days and $450 (including materials) latter the job was done right. This is the third time that we have had Chris do work for us and we will call him again.

Chris came over within about an hour of calling him. He arrived, assessed my needs, let me know his rate ($25/hr) & after taking measurements, headed out to Home Depot for the pre-hung doors. He called from there to let me know the cost difference btwn hollow & solid core doors, then had the cashier take my credit card info when he checked out ~ the doors came to $150. After getting the doors hung, he secured a hand railing that I had been meaning to get done. (It was bugging him. lol) After hanging the pantry door, he gave me an invoice for his time ~ 6 hr x $25/hr = $150. Chris is our new handyman! He's prompt, knowledgeable & a hard worker. He listened to my requests, made sure he understood what I wanted done, gave his recommendation & followed thru. I appreciated being able to give my credit card info to the store cashier over the phone rather than having to accompany him or having him float the expense. I highly recommend Chris. He's friendly, has a good sense of humor, brings his own tools & cleans up after himself. He will definitely be my "to go" for projects on the house!

. He was here for three days. He seemed like a personable person. He was honest. I actually didn't meet him, but only spoke to him over the phone. My husband dealt with him. I wasn't there to watch how long or how hard he worked. He did what he said he would and came out when he said he would. It took him longer than we both thought initially, but I'm happy with his work. He did a good job at a good price. He charged us per hour.

We needed work done on the house we were selling very quickly to meet FHA appraisal requirements. Chris was excellent. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to come out and give an estimate the same day that I called him; and was able to start working the moment I gave him the OK. His estimate was significantly cheaper than the other quote I received, and he even managed to have a final price below his original estimate. He was also extremely efficient and able to finish before our rather stringent deadline. Overall, his work was excellent and very detailed. I was extremely happy with the final product. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and have saved his number for future needs.

He is amazing. He painted my house. He does yard work and electrical work. He has fixed my dryer and refrigerator. His prices are completely wonderful. He charges $25 an hour. I like his professionalism, integrity and friendliness. He is dependable and he will be there when he says he would be. He is honest and he will take care of things properly taking his time.
