Description of Work: Company charges $50/hour for each person. They do not have the tools needed to troubleshoot an electrical problem. One man was being paid $50 to go and get tools and to come back and say they didn't have that tool. The skills needed to troubleshoot were nonexistent. They were told to leave after it became obvious they had no clue how to fix the problem. The bill for this was over $800.
