The work they did was ok. Not great but ok. The biggest issue was a lack of communication and respect for my home. The project manager would not communicate arrival times, scheduled inspections or punch lists. I repeatedly found them in my home when they were not scheduled to be in my home and would leave the doors and windows wide open in the middle of the summer with the AC on. After multiple conversations about this with the owner, nothing was resolved and communication issues continued to come up right to the end.
