I called them on a weekend and although they were away for the weekend they called me back and advised me as to how to go about replacing a faulty valve. They allowed me to text them a picture of the situation and advised me as to how to fix the situation. They didn't have to do this. I very much appreciate their kindness and advice. I was able to fix the situation. Much thanks to Plumbing MD and their helpfulness.
