Outside Dreams has done 3 separate jobs for us. Amy’s design work is fantastic. The crews are great. They are phenomenal at installing pavers.

They did an amazing job on my backyard project! They continually checked in throughout the process to keep me informed and made sure they were available for questions. They are professional, and their work is top-notch! One weekend, while they were working on the yard, I was trying to install drywall in my garage. One of the gentlemen saw me trying to hold up the drywall on my own and came over to assist, not once but twice! Two came over at one time to help. Not just professional but caring and kind. It's a testament to the crew. You might get someone who does a great job but compassionate, amazing humans...that's priceless!

Not only is their value unreal, compared to their competitors, but the entire staff is beyond servicing. They really know their stuff and time and time again, manage to create beautiful designs.

I recently moved to the Denver area and purchased a home on 1/3 acre. The front and back yards were marked by mature trees and shrubs. However, most of the yard was filled with weeds which grew many feet high. I hired Outside Dreams, after interviewing many others, because they proposed a vision for my yards that surpassed all others. That was just the beginning. They began work on time, communicated every step of the way, employ an exceptional staff in the office and in their field work, and completed the project on time. It is simply magnificent! Every morning and evening I marvel at the beauty of both yards and am sure that I will enjoy the transformation of my yards courtesy of Outside Dreams for many years to come. They are an exceptional company and you will love the results.

WONDERFUL!!

Amy came out and gave me a bid for my "dream" backyard and patio. Unfortunately, my eyes were bigger than my wallet, so she worked with me on multiple re-designs to get the project under my budget. Her professionalism, desire to see me satisfied with the results and the price, and her great eye for landscape design sold me on the company, and this was after I had already talked to 3 other landscaping companies. The project started on schedule, and the crew that did the work were outstanding. They were relatively quiet, neat, and they worked their tails off moving all of that river rock!!! If they had any questions about something, they would ask me about it or wait to address it until Amy or Felix was able to come by (never more than 24 hours). Removed all of the very overgrown weeds. Removed all of the old mulch, weed cloth, and metal weed barrier. Made all of the trees look like trees again instead of overgrown bushes. Mowed the grass and installed new metal weed barrier in a nice free-form shape around the grass area. Installed new weed cloth and brought in TONS of river rock to cover all of the yard except the grass and patio areas. Installed Breeze compacted patio bed for future laying of flagstone. Did pretty much the same thing for my front and side yards with the exception of the patio area. I am ecstatic with the completed work! My house has not looked this good since I bought it almost four years ago, and I now have what I wanted in my backyard... a much lower water use grass area and an easy to maintain border and patio area! The bonus was getting my front yard done... I'm so glad not to have to worry about keeping up on the mulching every year, and the rock looks far nicer, too!

Amy is very sweet. She originally came back with an estimate and design that she thought would be acceptable even though it was 50% more than we had given her for our budget. We were able to cut many things out and get within our budget, although we had to have some work done by another contractor (for less money). The work they did on the pavers was beautiful. Since we had a budget, we did not get the ones that were the 'best' but found some that were really lovely and looked good with our brick house as well as matched the materials that were chosen for the planters. They did an excellent job. The workers were friendly, clean, not too loud or intrusive. I did get the feeling, however, that they were not all that well supervised and if they weren't sure what to do, they just went forward as there were a few problems with the work they did that later needed addressed. The company was certainly willing work to resolve these issues, but it was clear they were not willing to re-do any work (despite the fact that there was a design flaw.) All that being said, I would recommend them for pavers, or sod, but not for other landscaping such as fencing. They did only a mediocre job, it doesn't look that great and I wish we had had someone else come out and do it. Just make sure that you KNOW exactly what their plans are (ie are they going to take out a concrete step in the back so that there is a big gap between the fence and the ground?) And check their work daily so that you can find and deal with issues before they get built in.

Outside Dreams was a pleasure to work with. We had to make a couple of changes mid job and they handled those without complaint. Amy did a great design and the crew was awesome. We love the end result!

Amy spent some time discussing what I would like and showing examples. When she had a proposal, she presented a diagram as well as photos of proposed plants at different seasons, accompanied by descriptions of how big each plant would grow. They were flexible with changes as the project progressed. Amy helped get approval from our HOA. Once the hurdles of the HOA and snow storms passed, the work was completed in 3 or 4 days. There were some changes, most resulting in no additional charges but there was an extra charge for removing a tree that I thought was dead that wasn't. My husband and I are happy with the result.

These folks are the best! Amy made time to come out and give us an estimate the very day that I called her. We had been left high and dry by the fellow who had been doing our yard in the past and we were going to have a house full of guests on Christmas eve. Our yard was a mess!!! Amy gave us an estimate and (somehow) squeezed us in the day before Christmas eve. Her partner, Felix, came our early in the morning with his crew and went over everything that needed to be done. The crew did a great job cleaning up the yard and the flower pots. They cut down the bush as requested and EVEN DUG OUT AS MUCH ROOT AS THEY COULD... despite the ground being frozen! Everyone was very conscientious about our dogs and making sure that gates were not left open. Amy even came by before the job was completed to make sure that everything was being done the way we wanted. I have several projects that will need to be done next spring and I know that I will call Outside Dreams to do them.

I called Amy and told her I was interested in having a landscape design done for the front of my home. Amy came to my house the next afternoon to find out what exactly I was thinking of and had some ideas of her own as well. I needed all the help I could get. Amy asked what the budget was and she assured me we would stay within that dollar amount. Amy met with me again a few days later when she was almost done with the design. She is quite an artist and landscape designer, the design was just gorgeous and it wasn't even finished yet! She also had colored pictures of all the shrubs and perennials. What a positive transformation my front yard was going to have! Amy was very professional and timely. The final cost was about $200.00 under budget. What a pleasant experience from start to finish and my yard has been beautifully transformed!!

Even in the fall my yard will be delightful.

I loved the design that Amy created for my front & my back yards. She was knowledgeable, creative, and professional, plus helped me visualize how it would look when completed. She walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable and confident that the transformation would be within my budget. It was a pleasure to work with such a caring person.
