We completed a very large bathroom remodel and are so pleased with the results. The finishes are flawless and the project was far exceeded our expectations. Larry (the owner) was true to his word and the project did not waiver from the contracted price even though there were some changes on our part. Highly recommend LW.

We hired Larry to remodel the master bathroom and it is one great service that was offered and the price is very far . One thing I can say is that the service that was given is super professional and I will get Larry to do more work in the near future. Thank you Larry so much for the great work you have done

Larry and his crew did exactly what we asked of them and our bathroom remodel turned Excellent. We found it to be a competitive price, but the thing that really made us happy was that this job was done on time and exactly what we wanted it to be. The team was kind and also kept the workspace very clean. We would have no issues at all using Larry and his team again. Looking forward to the next project.

Horrible experience. We hired Larry to frame, rough-in plumb and run electrical to our basement. He seemed reasonable in both manner and pricing, saying it might take 6 weeks or so. After 6 months of constant texting, calling, and trying to finish the job, we finally "finished," but are finding mistakes and unfinished work everywhere. 1. We were charged $1200 to level approx. 500 sq feet of concrete for flooring. No priming or cleaning was done, and none of the leveling concrete set properly. My wife and I spent 3 days tearing up ~2 inches of new concrete to lay it properly and level the subfloor. 2. We installed our vanity this week in the new bathroom, but had to make revisions to the sewer drain that was installed. Additionally, hot and cold water were stubbed out in the walls, but on hooking up the vanity we had no flow from the hot supply. At this point, we had finished and painted the drywall. We were forced to cut holes to inspect and find where the hot water line was running. It turned out neither the vanity or shower hot water were tee'd into the existing hot water line. 3. After hiring a plumber to inspect the work and correct Larry's mistake, we turned the hot water back on, only to find a leak. Another hole in the drywall and a flooded bathroom revealed a framing nail shot through the installed plumbing and then left as-is. We had to pull up our floor, pull insulation out of the wall, and let everything dry before moving forward. All of this to be said, Larry was nearly impossible to contact while the job was in process and is now impossible to get a hold of since he's been paid in full. I can never, in good conscience, recommend him to anyone. We spoke with the plumber, who knew Larry well, and said his organizational skills are horrible. He says he advises everyone not to pay Larry in full until he has completed the agreed upon work. We were informed (too late, regrettably) that he'll start and leave jobs half-finished, needing new jobs and payment from those jobs to finish the ones he left before completion. We've lost an incredible amount of time and money as a result of hiring Larry.

Larry is a great guy to work with! My house looks amazing. Also my outside as well. I would recommend this company big or small project.

Hired to remodel- bathroom/ shower. Picked out great tile & flooring. Bathroom ended up looking great. Additionally remodeled kitchen - picked out great tall cabinets & counter top / back splash. Bathroom & kitchen ended up looking great. There was a wind storm during the end of the project. The dog needed the back yard quick..... LW Construction quickly installed a new fence that is sturdy with a gate on a change order. Up front pricing - they are very busy with great quality- kept project in budget & on time.

Larry started out giving me a great price for the work but you get what you pay for, right? Instead of one week, it took three and a half. The guys came late, left early and took two hour lunches. The usual stuff that give contractors a bad name. But thatâ s not the worst. Shortly after finishing, the grout started cracking between the floor tiles. Then some tiles sank, others rose up. Some are loose. I started texting Larry mid-June to let him know. I texted him repeatedly and it would take 2-3 weeks for him to get back to me, each time with some reason he was unable to come out right away but with assurances that he would soon. But nothing. I tried again and again. Sent pictures and videos and reminders. Finally 8/28 he said he would send a tile guy out to repair the grout. I told him I didnâ t think that would be enough because of the state of the tile. He said the tile guy would know what was needed. The tile guy came out and said the whole floor needed replaced. I texted with Larry again and asked if he was going to cover that. He said yes. I bought new tile and let him know I had it and was ready for them to come work. I have heard nothing from him since, despite reminders. I am stuck with a cracked, loose tile floor and a contractor who did not keep his word. I am glad to revise this review if and when this gets resolved.

I needed 2 , basically small hopper basement windows, changed into egress. I hired Larry and his team. They worked diligently and covered the rooms in plastic to control the dust and cleaned up well upon completion. Very respectful team who where on site when they said they would be there. The team also did a great job removing all the extra dirt, which was a lot! I will defiantly hire LW Construction again. If you are looking for a reliable, reasonably priced contractor, I would recommend you call Larry to discuss your project!

Larry is an excellent contractor. He remodeled one of my homes and the workmanship is really good. He picks high quality finishing, has a great eye for detail and leaves the job completed. While working he communicates effectively and raises my attention to issues when they arise. If there are any small issues once the project is done, Larry has returned to do the fix. I get compliments on my home from guests about how seamless and nice it looks. I have used him for many jobs and will continue to work with him.

We hired LW Construction LLC to take out a tub and replace with a shower. This crew did a great job from the demo to finished product. They removed the tub, replaced drywall, added tile, a shower floor, grout, caulk and all plumbing, leaving each day with the area cleaned up. It was timely and a reasonable cost on top of quality work. I have hired them for additional projects where I had the same experience. I would highly recommend LW Construction, LLC!

Larry is a great guy, and really knows his stuff!
