JBC Roofing and Gutters

Last week I called JBC to find out details of roof warranty due to having a evaporative cooler installed on my home. The roof was installed in 2012 by JBC, I (new owner) wanted to reach out to company for any details regarding this new install of a cooler and if it will affect any warranties that may be still active toward the roof. A rep from JBC had come out to inspect the install of the cooler. He did find during a personal inspection that it would not pass city code. He than respectively gave direction to the cooler installer of how to correct the install to pass city code. For any future roof work, I would call JBC and highly recommend this company for any work.

We had a small job with repairing a gutter. He let me know who could do it and passed along my information. The job was done the next day by professionals and looked great. I’m very happy with the new gutter and am glad to have found a company that is responsive, prompt, and does quality work. Thank you!

He completed a temporary fix and said he would send me an estimate for permanent fix over the weekend. I paid him $150 for temporary fix. He never sent me the estimate and about 2 weeks later I received an email asking me to remind him what he was going to do. I told him exactly what he had said earlier when he was leaving. That was the last I heard from him about a month ago. I have since contracted with another company.

He was able to coordinate among four homeowners to do the work in a timely manner. He also noticed that a subcontractor did not correctly install the gutters and had them re-do the work. All and all I am very satisfied.

Jim is very up front with his recommendations and follows through to estimate, oversee, and complete the the project on time and at the agreed upon price. He provides what he promises---and more.

Excellent. Jim is a pro - really knows his stuff. He made several very good recommendations to improve water flow and prevent ice damage. We have a lot of roof breaks and "eyebrows" that require extra labor and attention to detail. His crew was professional, clean and fast. Jim was on-site first day to make sure all specs were understood by his crew for both roof and then again for gutters, he did the inspection and final walk through with me. Price was fair.

We had a great experience with Jim Cambron, the owner of JBC Roofing. He is very professional and knows all there is to know about roofs! Jim's crew was great, we had no issues. Jim is a perfectionist so he's come out to double check the work and progress several times. We are very happy with JBC.

We had done research for a new roof for over a year (and waited for the hail storm that never came), so when we re-contacted JBC, our first choice, many of the decisions were already made. When we told Jim that we were ready, he scheduled the project for 2 days from then, said it would take just over one day, and that's exactly what happened. Prompt, fast, courteous, efficient.
