Gotcha Covered of Parker

The original order took twelve weeks to fulfill; installation was problematic because the order was not accurate or not appropriate for the type of fabric used. For the pleated blinds; one of the blinds was the incorrect color and was twelve inches too short, two did not work properly, one did not fit the window (it could not clear the window locks). For Roman Blinds - valance was way too small for the thickness of the pleats. For the curtains, fabric was actually too thick to be used for curtains and I was not counseled on this prior to the order. The curtains hang out of control. It was also firmly stated that the three panel glass door needed to be fully exposed when curtains are open. It is actually only 2/3's exposed and a lot of glass/light has been lost. Six months later, the job is finally done. Owner has tried to resolve all issues; however, some are unresolveable. A lot of money spent for this level of dissatisfaction.
