Gotcha Covered (HR) previously installed my drape rods for heavy floor to ceiling drapes. Very tall ceiling I might add. However, even though they tried to talk me into motorized I did not do it. She explained the repercussions, yet my stubborn self did not move ahead. 4 years later she politely supported me into my move into motorized with a smile and did not make me feel like "I told you so" Great support, guidance and will use again when its time for me to cover a few other windows. And I will now listen to her guidance :)
