Lisa and Joseph went far above and beyond getting us the blinds that were perfect for us. We found some blind samples on Facebook that we like and they were able to get them for us. I couldn't be more pleased with the job done by Design Craft! Several years ago I purchased shutters from Lisa. The quality of the shutters are exceptional and look as good today as when they were newly installed. March, 2018 I requested that Joseph give an estimate on removing ceramic tile flooring from my entryway and kitchen replacing with laminate flooring, replacing linoleum flooring in a bathroom with laminate and removing carpeting from the master bedroom replacing with the same laminate. The estimate was most fair considering what a labor intensive process it is to demolish and remove ceramic tiling. The demolition of the ceramic flooring and laminate installation processes was done very professionally. Joseph oversaw the entire job, even offering his help to me in my prepping and cleanup portions of the processes. To have a business owner give a client such personal attention is rare indeed and was much appreciated. Bottom line, my new flooring is beautiful and I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by everyone associated with Design Craft!

I absolutely love my new roller shades for my lanai. Lisa is a true professional. Measurements, worksheet and product knowledge. She knew her suppliers and what they had available. She didn't just scribble down measurements on a tablet. She had a worksheet and made professional notations regarding each window. She came to my home twice to make sure I would be happy with my color and style selection. A pleasure to work with, including total confidence in her professionalism. Order was in within 2 weeks and installation was set up within the next week. I can't say enough good things about Joseph, the gentleman who installed the shades. Kind, clean worker, efficient, conscientious of my personal property, and cleaned up after completing the installation. He was a breath of fresh air after dealing with nearly a year of remodeling involving just the opposite in other subcontractors. Lisa and Joseph are both wonderful people to work with and would recommend them to all of my friends and people in my community.
