Charlie, at Colorado was the first company to respond. He responded within an hour of my posting. Was able to come out the next day. The problem was a little more complex than original thought, so he has agreed to hold on to our computer until we return from our winter home. Above and beyond service and a really nice guy too!

Came to my home, checked everything but knew something was wrong so took computer and worked with it for two days to resolve the problems. Reasonable costs, no padding or extensive add insult. Kept me informed all along and got permission to add new parts. Extremely happy with entire experience.
