The project went very well! Top notch owner and crew. Our project ran into many complications as more of our old deck was revealed during demolition. Every issue was communicated to me well every step of the way and solutions and adjustments to bid were presented logically. I would definitely recommend this company!

My original deck was poorly built and a huge safety concern, so I was extra anxious to take care of this project given how rotten the wood had become. John was super responsive, very friendly and supportive, had lots of expertise and asked about things I hadn't fully considered to make sure I got everything I wanted in our new deck. The crew was great, did a wonderful job updating us and cleaning up after themselves (especially the nails since I've got two dogs). I'm beyond pleased with their work, and I can actually enjoy my backyard space now!

The team was amazing. My deck is beautiful, the craftsmanship is so unique and professional. The whole job the was communication, I received More than what I had expected! Our 1996 deck is extremely sturdy and so, so beautiful! John and the team worked with care, and they were always conscious of their surroundings -never damaging any of our belongings, not even a tree leaf! They cleaned up every night—Cleaned-up, Clean-Up!! Everyone was on the same page, they were all wonderful to work with. Of course I will be recommending him-it’s so rare to find professionals.

JD constructions is excellent. the owner was extremely easy to work with. very responsive to questions. he always talk to me before making any change. i really appreciate how they cleaned up after everything it looks like as if they were never here!
