The part that they replaced after waiting for 3 weeks (because it was back ordered) did NOT solve the problem and now we are waiting on another part, which is back ordered again. Back ordered parts seems to be a regular featured pretext they use with everything. They would call in on a Sunday evening asking if Monday morning time can be scheduled. The tech who comes out is generally nice and professional (he is a trainee - I had to show him where water valve likely was) but there is something BIG wrong with this company & its processes. On one of the scheduled visits, Tech showed up at the house saying he was told that the parts were shipped to the house. Another time, he was scheduled and was given a wrong part and the part we need was still back ordered. I left 2 voice mails for the company owner, only to be called back by a scheduler to schedule another time for the tech to come out, when in fact when they don't even have the part to install. It has been a nightmare dealing with them, not to mention the lost time at office and staying home to wait for their 5 hr window - only to run into no parts issue, wrong parts issue or tech just confused on where and what to fix. I am still waiting for them to fix this and would now call Home depot to intervene. This is just unacceptable.
Description of Work: We bought a Maytag Refrigerator from Home Depot and bought a 5 year Service plan, which truly "unfortunately" is being serviced by 303 Appliance. This is one of the most pathetic service experiences I have ever had and I have had some bad ones. but now that it is broken parts cannot be found by 303 Appliance. My review was rejected because I was fairly angry and not too nice I put my phone number in the review and guess what? They called me 7/30 asking if my machine was fixed....nope! They called me back an hour later and said the tech would arrive 7/31 between 10AM and 1PM. He called at 1PM said he would arrive within 45 minutes. He arrived at 2:01, not bad. I have to say I had no problem with the technician, he was very polite, kind and professional. He had an assistant with him training. The job took about 45 minutes and machine works. If it was not for the poor "office" service and no call backs and waiting forever when I did not have to, I would use them again. Also, Home Depot told me I would be reimbursed for my Laundromat charges of $250.00...not so.
Description of Work: My LG washer is under warranty. Home depot contracts with 303 Appliance. I called in my problem on 6/18. On 6/21 the technician came out and advised parts had to be ordered. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing so I called and they said the parts were not in yet. I asked them to check on them and call me back. No call back. I kept calling every week for parts update, nothing. I went online and found the part in a hundred different stores. I called 303 back with the info and they said they had to buy it from only one source and it was on backorder. So, I went on LG website and submitted a review stating the washer was great when working

It took two weeks for them to come out to repair my refrigerator. They arrived and looked like they had no experience with appliances. They assumed that it was the circuit board in the fridge was bad. They ordered the part and tried to come out and fix it a week later. The guy trying to install it had no clue what he was doing. He kept calling to get advice on how to fix it. They spilled coffee all over the floor that was on the counter. He left food out after he was done trying to install the part. I left them three message to try and get my invoice back. I haven't heard from them since.
Description of Work: They came out to repair the Refrigerator that was still under warrenty.

This company sent a representative to repair our gas range. The range is under warranty and the company was contracted by the warranty provided to do the repair. The repairman Eric was professional, on time, and kind although he had never worked on this range before, he worked h****** diagnosing the problem. He determined the control panel needed to be replaced, but wanted to check with his boss to be sure it was the right part to order. He left saying we would hear from him in a few days. After two weeks, we called the company. I spoke with Rick who said he would look into it and call me back that day. After a few days of not hearing from him, I called back. I called 4 times the following week, either leaving messages or getting a promise from Rick to call me back that day. We decided to call another company to fix the range. 5 days (3 business days) after our 5th call and voicemail message to Rick, he called back, said they had the part and were ready to fix the range. We apologized but said we'd prefer to work with someone else.
