When one of his workers did not get some things right, David came out himself and had it redone to ensure everything was done correctly. He did make any excuses, the crew after that were excellent, and they have done more work for us and others in our neighborhood.

They are fantastic.

Top Notch is awesome!! They listen and respond to your questions and suggestions. They offer solutions within your price range. They communicate clearly throughout the process. They do beautiful work on time and on budget. The county inspector said it was the best work he had seen and that 'the workers sure knew what they were doing.' They cleaned up the site when complete. I recommend them unreservedly and would totally hire Top Notch again!! In fact I'm now in discussions to have them re-do my Mom's deck!!

The vision we had for the back deck with a pergola was built exactly how we wanted it. They were very professional, courteous, talented and efficient. There were even some finishing touches we were not expecting. We are very happy with the project.

My Breckenridge home , a 3300 sq ft. plus surrounding deck was not an appealing color and required re-painting. I solicited three proposals, one, Summit County Color Service was one of the three. After meeting with the contractors and reviewing proposals, I chose Summit Color. The owner was knowledgeable and professional. They were not the low bidder, but I felt more confident in their ability to address the project, get it done in a timely fashion and done right. We were totally satisfied with their performance. The crew was efficient, polite, quiet and dedicated to having the work done in a professional manner. I would recommend Summit County Color Service to anyone searching for a painting contractor. The work has been done for nearly a week. I have confidence that the paint and its application will endure and if not and there is a problem in the future that the company will stand behind their work. Thank You .

I don't know how to accurately express the level of my satisfaction with this company. I have a log home and there was damage due to water between two logs. The first company I called said he would have to do a $500 dollar inspection that won't be applie do the work. UGH. I called David at Top Notch Logworks and it was like being transported to another era. He was actually kind, honest, and helped me asess the extent of damage through pics I could send him via my phone. He sends a man over the next day who begins the work. It must have taken him 4 hours. He cut out the damage, injected anti molding solution into the wood, and covered it wtih perfectly cut pieces of wood. Now he did this without accepting a nickel up front (who does that?). When I got my invoice, it was several hundred less than we thought it would be. I wish David would open up a plumbing service!! I'm very impressed and very grateful for this experience. Perfect repair job Politeness from everyone Extraordinarily Reasonable Pricing I don't know that it gets much better than this.

Top Notch designed custom log handrails for my log home in the Colorado Rockies. They were on time and on budget. They were wonderful to work with. Total strangers stop by the house to take a better look at these amazing hand-crafted hand rails and to tell me my house now looks like a magazine cover. Thank you Top Notch
