 + -1 moreTracy replaced an old wooden deck with a new composite deck. The plan was to only pull off the old wooden deck floor and replace it with the new material. Unfortunately, the original deck was not built with any quality in mind...the underlying structure fell apart when the flooring was removed. After that we opted to demolish the entire structure and start over. We will be calling Tracy back to replace the front deck as finances allow. We are very happy with his work.
Description of Work: Tracy built a deck for us in June of 2011, so we have now had a year to enjoy it. My wife can be a little picky and hard to please at times. Tracy did a great job of providing options and explaining the construction process. All things considered (it took longer to finish the deck, not all delays were Tracy's fault) we are very pleased with how it turned out.

 + 0 moreTracy Dilley, owner of Building 101 arrived on time to see what I needed done at two different locations. He gave suggestions on the most efficient ways to get the projects done. The wood fence repair needed a rotten post taken out and a new one put in place. All work was completed successfully with minimal disturbance to my perennial garden. Tracy made two new gates to completely enclose a back area at my daughters condo. He design the gates to match the existing fencing. They turned out great! He also installed wood shelving in a closet that maximized the storage efficiency. Overall I was pleased with his fun genuine personality, professionalism, quality of work and time spent on the job.
Description of Work: Wood fence repair. Construction of two new wooden gates. Installation of closet shelving.
