Description of Work: Sweep chimney and perform annual inspection. Applied sealer to exterior flashing. Arrived at the promised time and did a good job. Followed up as promised.

+ -1 moreArrived promptly for first inspection, ordered parts and installed as scheduled on second visit a few days later. We discovered that the replacement flue was shorter than the original and resulted in sub-par operation of the woodstove. They ordered an extension for the flue, which arrived and was installed a few days after that. They maintained contact by phone and email so I knew what was going on and why. Very concerned about the performance of our wood stove and made sure things worked properly. The work was very clean, no soot or dirt in the house.
Description of Work: Repair and replace chimney flue that was damaged by accumulation of ice and snow. Revised structural supports to reduce chance of future damage.
