Very fast to respond. Extensive time taken to look around and give a thorough inspection. Gave explanation in reference to how they work and charge for their work. Overall pleased with this company.

Great customer service

Danny was on-time (actually, he called to say he would be early, so I was ready for him). He explained what he planned to do, as well as what he could not do because of the snow that we have on the ground today. After his exterior work, he told me about what he had found. I told him that I had found a wasp nest on the 2nd floor balcony, and had sprayed it last year. He came up and removed it for us. Danny was very professional, but he was also super-cool to talk to about hobbies, our cat, and all sorts of other stuff. We enjoyed chatting with him! Not to mention, he gave me a little education about the various pests that he found evidence of. This is our first visit from Wolfco, and I am SO glad that we left our previous pest control company. Your service is much more thorough and nice.

Very knowlegable about our vole problem, arranged appointment conveniently, recommended 3 traps in front where the vole evidence was and installed them at the first appointment. Returned in a month as agreed, inspected traps and say evidence of voles eating bate and one dead one in the yard. Will return in another month to check again.
