He was extremely knowledgeable regarding both the properties he showed us as well as the purchase process in general. He was very patient with us, driving us to home after home until we found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for us. Our second home purchase (and sale of the first) went incredibly smooth, and we would use Patrick in the future without any reservation.
