 + -1 moreIt went great! The guy came out and gave us a really good deal. We had burglaries across the street literally that week, so they were really great about getting out there quickly. It took about two hours, and they've actually checked back with us multiple times.
Description of Work: We purchased an alarm system through them, and they actually installed it. Additionally, they set us up with ADT monitoring.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. They thoroughly trouble shot the existing hardware and were able to use 80% of what was there. They took their time in checking existing system ,not just rushing with "let's replace it all". They spent a good 11-12 hours on it and we now have a very functional security system making good use of what was there and only adding where they needed to.
Description of Work: Fix existing security system in large home. The existing system is old but I wanted ADT as the service provider.

 + -1 moreThe DVR seems cheap and is hard to use. One of the cameras stopped working a year and a half after installation. I called for support but was given an answer like, "it could be the cable or the power." That was it.
