Description of Work: He never even arrived to provide the estimate when we had an appointment scheduled.

+ 0 moreTroy and his crew did exceptional work!!! They were on time, moved the majority of the furniture and pictures in the areas, and removed the light and furnace covers. Due to our mistake in choosing a wrong color for the accent wall, Troy and other crew members were understanding and patience while we looked at different colors. Once we choose a new color, they repainted the wall with no problems, and the wall looks fabulous!! After the painting was finished, they moved the furniture back, replaced the light and furnace brackets, rehung pictures, and cleaned up their painting supplies. The paint job was perfect!!! Will certainly use them again.
Description of Work: Painting the living, dining, and kitchen areas and adding an accent paint to one wall.

When we called him back because of a discrepancy in the bill and to do some caulking which his crew missed, he was VERY fair and handled it very professionally. We have heard of many contractors who promise to correct an issue and then do not show up. Troy did, and was as good as his word!

He walked around the porch area and came to the end and gave his bid without measuring. That shows me that Troy knows what he is doing. His bid was the lowest of the three bids I had done.
