Triple AAA Concrete Inc

Our HOA contacted Armando last fall to discuss curb and gutter work. We met onsite and agreed to have AAA shoot elevations. We set a date to do that. He didn't show up, and when contacted, he said he tried to call us. We have no record of having received Armando's call. He then said he wanted an advance payment of $300 to shoot elevations in advance. After getting approval from the HOA board, I contacted Armando again in December. He said he was ill but to call him back in January. Today I called him back (Jan. 18, 2021) and he said the $300 fee we had approved was no longer adequate, and he wanted more money to shoot the elevations. After I protested and reminded him that he had promised to shoot the elevations for $300, he hung up on me.

Patio was completed. Failed to clean up trash and debris and left a huge mess. Armando says he would return to clean up, but never shows up and is extremely unprofessional. What a mess!

Armando was on time for an estimate as well as for the job. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and explained exactly what he would do in order to level the floor. Even though we explained that the concrete floor would be covered by a wood floor, it was obvious that he took great care and pride in his work. We plan to have him come back next year to have a patio poured and stamped. He did an excellent job.

Armando came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate. He was available to do the work in a couple of days. The minimum delivery was 4 yards of concrete, which was more than we needed. Armando offered to repair some concrete in the adjacent alley at a reduced price but we were not able to work this out.

I give them high ratings, would recommend them to friends and family, and will use them in the future if needed.
