Description of Work: It's been awhile since my contact with this company. I was very pleased with the service. I have recommended him to friends and they have used him on more than one occasion and were pleased.

Description of Work: Set up my universal remote (harmony). I had a tricky situation through a concrete wall and I really wanted to know how to troubleshoot for the future. He was very patient with both the situation and with my training.

Description of Work: We remodeled and removed walls where surround speakers were located. Randy custom-designed a system that works and looks great with our new living space. Definitely not something you'd get from the "big box" stores.

Description of Work: He re-calibrated by home theater system and tweaked it so that it sounds correct. He also taught me how to use it.

Description of Work: We had purchased a new television set and was having problems getting it "set up" We needed to connect the receiver, dvd player, vcr player and have the speakers connected. We obtained the name of the business from Angie's List. We called Randy Revak, made an appointment, he actually called approx. one hour prior to the appointment time and asked if he could come earlier. We agreed, he came over, gave us a thorough assessment as to what needed to be done. He spoke in terms that we could understand (without sounding condensending). We had assumed that we would need to purchase a new receiver, had actually gone to the store to price receivers. Randy connected our current receiver, furnished connecters that enabled us to use the receiver we already have. That was a savings of $330.00-450.00 (the prices quoted to purchase a new receiver). He needed a different connecting wire, he went back to his shop, constructed the wire and came back (four days later as promised) and connected the wire. Randy explained in detail (until we understood) how to operate the television and components and encouraged us call him if we had questions. We are highly recommending Randy, we would call him again and will recommend him to our friends or others who might ask us for a recommendation for this type of service. Randy was courteous, placed trash in the trash container and had an excellent knowledge regarding our problem. We feel that his price was very fair.
