Sky West Construction

Description of Work: The work was done August 2013. The work to be done was take off old stairs, pour patio, then build new stairs from deck to patio, paint stairs. Put new carpet on deck, (I removed old carpet). Move valve box for sprinkler system and run lines around the pat. The actual services were contracted by Skywest, the carpenter who built stairs did absolutely no finish work, he even drilled into a newly poured colored stamped patio in the wrong spot for a support pole. So now I have a concrete repair that looks like a wad of gum was stuck there, The painter did not use a primer on the bare wood, now I have sap coming through the paint, the sprinkler guys had to lay new lines around the patio, a portion of the line is above ground, ground is sinking where line laid. They laid my old sod, then laid new sod on the old sod, it is not growing. I had to have them come back several times to straighten crooked sprinkler heads and valve box that was tilted. Now I find with all the rain, the support pole is a little shorter, so the deck roof settled and the gutter drains the wrong way. I could go on. I tried contacting Skywest this past winter cause I got a letter from the city stating the final inspection was never done. I finally had to arrange it myself. I continued to try and reach Skywest, finally getting hold of the receptionist in June . Spoke with Skylar, he came and looked at the issues promised to have them fixed, I haven't heard from him since. I have left messages and texted him. I am so very frustrated. Promises were made, but never followed through on. I am a widow and unable to tackle the repairs necessary. I have cleaned up, filled holes, adjusted sod, covered sprinkler pipe. I have had to repaint where the red dust from the concrete stain had stained paint, caulk, put lattice back on my deck.

Description of Work: They provided installed the harware on a about 40 drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. They provided samples of various types of hardware. They were good in assisting me in picking out the type that would work the best.

Description of Work: I am working with Skywest Construction currently. They are doing interior design but I have not engaged in a contract.
