Description of Work: I was very disappointed.. the gutters were not installed properly and a few ran uphill. One area was overlooked completely. He also did not show up initially at the planned time for an estimate

 + -1 moreI called and got an estimate, which was for $2200. I then authorized the work and asked them to repair the damage that had been on the eaves and edges since we purchased the home. They did the work in one week, it looks great and I am happy with the job. I should have asked for an estimate on the carpentry work, it was expensive, however, it was about what I thought it would be. I am happy with the work and found them easy to work with and reliable.
Description of Work: Sanchez Sons replaced all the gutters and down spouts for my house and detached garage and repaired the water damage from the old gutters. They did a good job, showed up on time but the carpentry work was expensive and they didn't give me an estimate for that work, though I did ask them to do the work. The gutters and down spouts were a good price.

Description of Work: I did not use this company because I didn't do the work I wanted quoted (eaves trough replacement). Mr Sanchez' group apparently left nails, and pieces of gutter and roofing material all around a neighbor's house after the job was completed. This caused me not to use the company. I liked Mr. Sanchez very much and he comes highly recommended for his work, but not leaving the work site as it was found was the big issue with me. I have had other roofers replace my roof and leave absolutely nothing around on the ground. I know that this can be done well and it leaves a very good feeling toward the roofer long before any specific issues with the roof may arise..
