Royal T Rooter

We called this company on a Saturday Morning, the person that answered the phone was polite and helpful. We explained the problem to her, she indicated that a technician could come out the same morning, she gave an estimated time. She noted the technician would call when he/she was enroute. He did call earlier than the time indicated, and came to our home. He (Anthony) was very professional, he explained (in terms we could understand) the problem. He repaired the drain in a short period of time. There is a 120 day guarantee. We are satisfied with the service. If needed for these services in the future, we would call this company again. I would also recommend them if asked for a recommendation.

Went well. Video indicated a failed sewer tile that needed to be replaced. Service person located the spot where the sewer tile was broken and marked the ground for future digging. Very professional and readily explained what was necessary.

Amazing service. I called the company around 1pm on Monday and the service technician was at the house by 6pm that night. I was not charged a same day fee for this service. The technician was incredibly professional and clean. He made sure to leave the house as it was when he arrived. The problem was not a small one and the technician called for additional assistance from his co-workers. A second technician arrived with a larger machine an completely un-clogged the the drains. It has been over a month now and we have still not had any issues with re-clogging. I highly suggest using Royal T Rooter.

When my regular plumber (Action Plumbing - also awesome) couldn't get this clog resolved because it was too far away from the building, I called Royal-T. They were there in less than an hour, worked into the wee hours of the night, tried multiple things before finally getting it. Clog turned out to be the worst Andy had ever seen of wet wipes. People, these things ARE NOT FLUSHABLE!!! I didn't even ask their hourly rate because I was desperate, but the bill was completely reasonable, even the insurance adjuster was impressed.

Went really well. Came out to do an inspection after I've had the line clog 2 times in the past week (had it rootered by another service). Found that it was clogged yet again (that's 3x in one week). After a quick rooter they ran the camera down and recorded a DVD for me to keep. Pretty standard, I think. No complaints. In fact, they were almost a 1/3 the price of the other service I had come out to rooter the line (who wasn't able to get it clean in 2 tries). I'll definitely use Royal T moving forward - very fairly priced, friendly, and on-time.

Water drained from the washer into a garage sink. It is a difficult problem to solve because it involves a T in the drain pipes. It is hard to get to the correct drain pipe. The service man persevered and the drain was unclogged. The owner of the company came out to oversee the problem. The service man even suggested a lint filter to avoid a re-occurrence of the problem. I am pleased with the result and will call again.

Was told to expect servicemen between 9-11 AM. Jeremiah arrived promptly a few minutes befor 9:00, surveyed the problem and explained two options. Either remove the toilet or go through the laundry room floor drain which would be less costly. Chose the floor drain and within a 1/2 hour the drain was unplugged. Jermiah was very courteous in addressing me and was very careful in keeping the area neat and clean. I would recommend this service.

Called company. Send tech out within 90 minutes (was not an emergency). Snaked the problem drain first and the second drain as a 'just in case' (and didn't cost me extra). Dan, the tech, very polite and professional. Cleaned up when finished.

It all went very well. He listened my plumbing problem, and in a very short time, got it taken care of.

After my Husband and a friend dealt with our main drain for a few days we called Royal T Rooter. The receptionist was very friendly, she said it would be about an hour and it was just that. My service man explained everything, told me it wouldn't quite be $200, put down towels for the work to be done on, and 'roto-ed' the drain. We though it was roots at first because it was soo blocked and our attempt at snaking the main drain failed. Turned out it was the supposedly flushable wipes we were using with our potty training son. He cleaned everything up and reset the toilet. Very freindly, proffesional, polite. I will definately call them again if I need drains cleared. So happy to see water running down the drain again!
