Cesar carefully evaluated the defects of drainage, lack of foundation base layer and grading that had led to a collapse. Each step of reconstruction was professionally completed, and itemized pricing estimates were clearly communicated and consistent with the final billing statement. My basement floor was as level as it was the day it was built by the time they were done. It's been 6 months since the work was completed and the slab has not settled at all. Oh! They do traditional mud jacking using a very small amount of water mixed with powdered stone, not that foam garbage."
