+ -1 moreThe technician was very professional, and expressed a genuine interest in solving my problem the entire time he was here. I had started to have yellow jackets enter the house on two levels at the adjoining wall where the nest was, due to the temperatures dropping, which isn't good when you have kids and pets around. He was very meticulous, never acted rushed, and definitely represented his business well. He was patient; he cleared away brush to locate other next entrances, which wasn't a quick process with the hive being very inactive at the time, but he found them. This was also the only pest control that would come out SAME DAY; three other local/regional companies either didn't answer their phones or wouldn't come out for another 2 days. Perhaps just luck they squeezed me in, but I'll take it!
Description of Work: Spray and powdering for yellow jacket nest below exterior wall of my house.

Description of Work: They said they were sending the sample bugs to corporate in another state and would get back to me in about a week and never did. After about 2 weeks I started calling them once a week at that time they came out and wanted another sample that I didn't have. I called them several times after that to see if they had found the original sample and what it would cost to do inside and outside of my house as I felt like I was being bite. The last time I called he didn't know he had not hung up from me and who ever he was talking to he told them I was nuts that even my kids thought I was nuts since there was no apparent bites. I called the main office in Denver and they did absolutely nothing, not even a courtesy call. I think it is discussing for a company that says they have things down to a science would hire someone like this, that more than likely lost my sample to begin with. Also a company that big should value a customer enough to have done a follow up call.

+ -1 moreThey come every two months. When I looked at the internet they had very good reviews. I will not recommend them. I am on a contract with them for a year. At the beginning they said they will take care of the ants and bees. When I said I have ants they said not that one and it should be these type of ants. When I said there are bees they said if it is on the tree they don't want to kill the tree. They said I have to call the garden person. They do a regular spraying for spiders. We had mice and they took care of that and they still come and check. They caught couple of mice here and that problem was solved. I have to pay every two months. They took care of my worry for that moment, so that was a good service. If they say they are coming that day they come that day. They seem to be very professional.
