WOW. Not very good business people. I was very frustrated. 1) First, scheduled an afternoon time 12-5 and they were to call 30 minutes prior to coming out. Never showed up, never called. I called them at 5:10. "It was too windy - couldn't do it." Why no phone call?? I "will get a call to schedule it later in the week." I work. Let's schedule it now. OK, they can come the next AM 6:30-7:00. 10 minutes after that conversation, the same gal calls me to say they couldn't come that day and will call to reschedule it later in the week. (Guess she already didn't remember talking to me!) 2) The next day, no one shows up 6:30-7:00 AM. They do show up at 9:00. NEVER a phone call to say they were coming. I had an appointment scheduled for a guy to come to do outside work. He showed up at 9:15 but had to wait around for the mosquito person to finish and wait until it was safe to go outside! What a mess. 3) I needed to be home to unlock my gates and provide payment because I will not let them keep a credit card on file, so I was to give the payment to the mosquito person. She left, without a word; stuck a note on the door saying she was here from 9-9:30; dated it incorrectly, and didn't get the check. So far, it appears the spraying worked well (this is the morning after). This service probably works fine if you don't need to be home when they arrive.
