+ -1 moreNick sold me on his quality and attention to detail. In the end 2 of the 3 gates rubbed so poorly the gates are VERY difficult to open. One of the latch mechanisms installed was the wrong kind so I asked him to come back out and change it which he did but while leaving all of the old drill holes. I was out of town and when I came home I was barley able to open the gate. The screws were rubbing so **** ** the latch the door would not open properly. When I called Nick, he told me he cannot keep running out here to adjust the gates as he told my wife they would need adjustments eventually. I asked him is it unreasonable that two days after install they wont open and I would like him to fix it? He did immediately come out and agreed the screws were rubbing and how odd it was. He didn't have bigger screws and in the end told me I will need to get flat pan head screws to fix it. He did not feel he should get and install them. After going to Home Depot, Lowes, and Ace, I found out they don't make any that are bigger, and now my gate has latches with screws missing. Very disappointing
