** Buyer Beware ** This project has unfortunately come to a stop as we have had to get an attorney involved to sue this company. I am now also hearing also through the grapevine that they are also in trouble with other clients due to fraud. Without diving into the details now, I wanted to let everyone know to be wary regarding this company. ** The reviews left are personal friends of Steven. The job they did was so horrible we had to hire another company to come in and demo everything and redo it again. This came with a large cost. We did not receive the appliances we paid for through Steven and had to repurchase. So far we are at $156,000 in damages. Now-Steven is in hiding because of this lawsuit because of not just ours, but several lawsuits being thrown at him.

This owner/builder may say he stands behind his work, but we didn't see how he could if he never was involved in the planning & execution. Job supervisor was always absent & didn't relay plans to subs contracted which led to multiple construction errors and time wasted. Very unprofessional!! Come to find out, the business owner was having an affair with his realtor, whom was married to one of the subs & the job super was "side-tracked" by an ongoing divorce. We felt like it was a real-life soap opera. At 3 different appointments to finalize plans, they didn't even show up. Chosen decorating options were unavailable on 4 different orders. On 2 different occasions the job super, realtor & owner went on vacation & stopped production totally! Too many more to list. This so-called builder was the epitome of a nightmare contractor! All this over many months & they're still not done! One more item... when we brought up the fact that some of the A/C work was not done, the job super insulted us by saying that [para-phrasing] because my husband was in the military we could afford to have additional work done & that they weren't going to complete the A/C as previously discussed.
