The job was overall good, but unfortunately the owner was not on the premises to clearly tell the crew that I wanted a wider landing than the original. I wanted the landing to be about 2 feet wider to extend to the same place as a post on the porch. That did not happen, and I was not home to correct the crew. I would have given 5 stars but I cannot because my instructions were not followed correctly. I even held the tape measure for the owner while he measured the distance from the wall to the post. He claims now that I never indicated to him about widening the post, but I made a point at the time of the estimate that I required A WIDER LANDING than the original.
