Ben answered our request within minutes. He was at our home in 30 minutes. He gave us an estimate and started work right away. Our water heater was replaced the same day. He answered all my questions, even ones not related to the water heater replacement. Work area was cleaner than when he started. I would highly recommend Ben for any of your plumbing needs.
