+ -1 moreJeremiah was courteous, thorough, conscientious, prompt and thoughtful. They followed up with a return to make sure all was done satisfactorily and reexamined all their work to plug up rodent entry sites. Price may seem high but their work deserves the remuneration.

+ 1 moreAWESOME!! Always prompt, they always do more than expected, fair pricing, helpful with offering many options. No other company can even come close to being as useful. I won't call anyone else.
Description of Work: I have used First Choice for multiple things on my property. He handled the complete restoration of my rental after a massive flood, including the insurance claim and all the work. He has done many small and large projects around my farm and he is currently helping me with predator management on my farm.

We determine the best solution for the situation, such as trapping, a one way door or both. One way doors are installed in areas where the animals have made a home under a patio, in an attic or a wall, it allows the animals to leave on their own and not return. We can also exclude the home or business to prevent any future re-entry of the animals, and perform contamination clean outs and re-insulation of attics.
