Melanie did a magnificent job of cleaning a badly neglected home. Her highly developed skills and efficiency were evident throughout the cleaning process and she was very affordable. In addition, she was very personable. I highly recommend her business!

Cleaning Matters did an excellent job! Melanie came over in advance to go over what I wanted done, if I had certain cleaners I preferred, etc. She text a reminder the day before, arrived on time and was very professional. I was extremely satisfied with the time and care they took while cleaning my house, as well as the overall cleanliness when done. My house has never looked so good! Melanie also followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend Cleaning Matters!

We've been working with Melanie for several months, and she's terrific. She's very bright, broadly experienced, energetic and positive. After a period of several poor housecleaning fits on our part, we were delighted to find her - we trust her absolutely. As far as the actual housecleaning, she's always on time, and once getting to know us we are mutulally dialed-in. Everything is very clean, she's not afraid of putting in some "elbow grease", and so far we really have not a complaint! Two things we especially appreciate: after the first few cleanings, she is very observant about how things like desk pictures and other decor and such are placed, returning them correctly when she's done; the other is her observant respect of preferences such as how our household is running on a given day, or your feelings about trade-off between "kill it dead" cleaners and "save the planet" cleaning agents. We all believe how we want it is right, but we're all different, and she quickly adjusts. My wife and I discussed this before leaving this review, and we mutually highly recommend her.

I was not fully satisfied, initially it was clean on the main floor, but walking on the rest of the house it was a rushed job and was a crappy work done.

On to my detailed review: Oh my gosh I am so relieved. You never know if you like the company & their work - until you have met them & see the results. It can be unnerving. :-)(-: I don't write many reviews, Melanie & her company Cleaning Matters are worth it. In fact- she just left, completed my requests, in addition she had me check things over to make sure they were to my satisfaction. Colorado hard water/mineral scum build-up is nuts, along with soap scum over time is quite the challenge. They worked hard & didn't give up (it's one of those textured "Shower Basins"). And yes - they even did end up using a toothbrush along w/many other cleaning materials. Satisfied Customer for sure, Melissa
