Description of Work: Bonnell Fencing removed a fence, took away debris and installed a beautiful cedar fence. They kept me informed of delays due to the weather and were prompt with a rescheduled date. The office personnel is friendly and kept me informed. Great job!

Description of Work: They installed 48 ft of iron fence along a retaining wall in my backyard. The work was completed on the projected timetable and was done in a very professional manner.The final cost was the same as the estimated cost.

Description of Work: They answered my call and showed up for the appointment the following week early which was nice. I needed the side of the house fenced off with gate and 2 extra post installed to correct the mistake a contractor did putting up the neighbors fence. I got the quote withing a few days and was shocked at the price. The neighbor had both sides of their house done including gate and wire for less than what I got a quote for on just one side. Plus the work couldn't be done until July.

+ -1 moreContractor was able to meet my installation deadline which was very much appreciated. However, the quality of the installation and the installer's lack of attention to details such as overall plumb of the posts, aesthetics, and protection of existing landscaping was not up to par. The owner did offer to make it right and sent the installer back out to correct the most glaring problems, although there was no call first to let us know they were coming. Price was higher than other quotes, but the time frame I needed was not possible with other contractors. I appreciated their willingness to schedule the work when I had to have it done. I did not get a call from the owner to ask if the repairs completed on the callback were acceptable. I felt that the work done was probably the best they were capable of doing.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt at getting the estemate emailed to me so I could look it over and call with the approval for them to get the work scheduled. I feel that at times communication fell short. That phone calls to Bonnell were not returned. If you are looking for a bill in the mail....don't it will be emailed to you.
Description of Work: At my house they replaced all the slats in my whole vinyl fence. At my fathers house the wood fence was replaced as well as chainlink placed around the shed to prevent the dog from getting be hind the shed.

+ -1 moreI was pleased that they went out of their way to locate the exact color and pattern to match the fence I needed repaired. Although there were issues on having us meet up to do the repairs it was worth the wait and would use them again.
Description of Work: They were able to locate, provide and install the customized vinyl fence that was damaged by hail.
