Description of Work: Hello, I would like a refund for the deal I purchased. It is order number [Information removed]. This company falsely advertised. I paid for the 3-ton air conditioner, which is listed as including installation. When I got a quote for my home, they stated I would need a smaller (and cheaper) air conditioner than the one I paid for on here, yet they would require an additional $1,000 before they would install the unit. When I attempted to ask what the difference is, they stated that I had to pay for the permits (which should only be $100-200), and that I had to pay for electrical installation (which is already installed in my home), and that I had to pay for them to install the refrigerant lines for the air conditioner (which is the only thing they need to do in order to install this a/c in my home, and the deal clearly states that installation is included). So when questioned why I would be charged $1,000 extra for a downgraded, cheaper unit and minimal permit fees, they were unable to answer my question. Both my husband and I were told on several occasions that someone would call us back with the answers, and it took several phone calls and weeks of time before anyone spoke to us. Finally, my husband and I spoke to the owner and received a new quote that was an additional $400 for the permits and their maintenance fees, and we set up a date for installation. When the installers arrived, we were told that they could not install it without an electrician there to hook the unit up. I again had to speak to the owner because we were not told we had to have an electrician present for installation, and we thought the electrical situation had been taken care of during previous conversations. During this conversation I was told that I would be charged for 8 hours of labor for the installers (who were there for maybe 10 minutes) if I did not have them install the unit that day even though I was being told I could not have it installed because there was not an electrician on scene. I was also told that I would be charged an additional amount to have to reschedule the installation, and that it would be a very long time before they were able to come back to do the installation if I rescheduled. The owner was very rude and condescending on the phone during the last conversation, even going so far as to state "Listen, kiddo." I am an adult, and I don't appreciate being treated as a child that can be manipulated and taken advantage of. This deal is a bait-and-switch, false advertisement, and when the company is questioned on being charged extra for the items clearly listed to be included in the deal they continue to change their story. They also try to charge ridiculous fees for things that should never have been an issue had they been an honest company. This has been a nightmare from the first contact with this company, and I will never be using their services.

Description of Work: My furnace was not working properly and the temperature was pretty cold. I purchased a furnace tune-up expecting further repair costs. Their technician showed up promptly for an appointment that was also made promptly after my purchase. I am renting this house, so I know next to nothing about it. I plan to buy it in the coming months, so I had lots of questions. Ramone (forgive me if spelling wrong) patiently explained answers for me while servicing the furnace. Turned out a cleaning of a part was all that was needed. He didn't try to add on services and charges, which I greatly appreciated. I will use this company again, and strongly recommend them to anyone.
