Prompt and efficient - he was scheduled only to give me a quote. Showed up on time for that, gave me the quote, and was prepared and able to complete the work the same day. Finished in a reasonable amount of time and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Definitely recommend!

Byron did a good job of cleaning my gutters and cleaned up after he had finished. He also did some other eaves damage for me and repaired some gutters. He was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use him again.

Keenin was very professional and easy to talk to. He inspected the problem I had with one of my rain gutters and determined that it could be repaired easily where another company said the gutter needed to be replaced. He explained in detail what needed to be done and that he could complete the job in a couple of hours. I negotiated a very price with Byron and Keenin was able to complete the repairs in a clean and professional manner in the time frame he estimated. Keenin noticed some other issues I had with another part of my downspouts and I will not hesitate to have him return to do that job.

This business was very proactive in soliciting this job. They had their employee come out that day and give me a quote. When The invoice was submitted to my email after the job was completed, I found I was charged 5 dollars more than our agreed price. This is no big deal money-wise. But, it says volumes about their honesty.

Byron gave me a reasonable quote to clean the gutters and downspouts at my house on Monday and even completed the job on Monday! He also took pictures of before and after and sent them to me. I haven't met him face to face but his customer service on the phone is excellent. Will hire him again for other projects!

Keenin Dye was hired to repair a section of our fence which was blown down by wind. He had to work around subsequent snow storms and actually worked on Sunday to finish the job.

Byron and his team were professional, efficient, and did quality work replacing our property line fencing.

Byron and his team worked quickly and efficiently to build a sliding cantilever gate into the fence at the back of my property. From preparing the work area to ensuring that I was happy with the locking mechanism. As the scope of the project changed a few time due to different considerations the price changed, but remained fair and workable.

Byron and Keenin were a very good, responsive team. Keenin did a good, efficient job of adjusting one of our gutters that was not draining property and cleaning up all of our gutters. On time with schedule. Only potential caveat is the they may be a bit expensive. We passed on their window cleaning bid, which was 50% more than others we have used (through Home Advisors) for our windows in the past.

Keenin came to my house at schedule time of appointment and did an excellent job on my double wide, six feet high driveway gate. Really I thought it would take two people to do the job because of the double wide big gate had to be taken down and rehung after sitting two 6 x 6 post. This craftsman, Keenin is a professional, he has his tools and techniques that requires just him and his knowledge. My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of work and the monetary cost. I would highly recommend and hire Action Home Proerties again,outstanding!

I told the manager, Byron Silby that I did not want anybody on my roof and for them to bring a ladder tall enough to reach the gutters 20ft. high. and he said, no problem. When the worker came to my house, he did not knock on my door and later I heard someone on my roof, I looked out and he was on my roof I was mad and I told him so. Thirty minutes later he came down to collect his check I asked him how he could be done so fast and he assured me they were clean. I could not inspect because I am on a walker. I hope he was honest because up to now I have not been told the truth.
