Byron did an EXCELLENT job.

I am submitting an interim review hoping that Byron can locate the expertise to fix my two gate rebuild that he has admitted he was not really qualified to perform. He is very pleasant, but do not count on his initial bid being the final one either he added a couple hundred dollars to dig out my gravel to let his poorly installed gates swing. He is not a gate guy. But I am giving him the rest of this week to find someone who can make this project right. If I had envisioned the most poorly built project I would have underestimated how his work was and I gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid him without seeing the final product which he was initially proud of before admitting he did not know what he was doing.

Very fast replies. Punctual on estimate. Fair price for the quoted job. Highly recommend this company so far. Work is scheduled so no info on quality as of yet. However, if they do as good with the repair as the assistance so far, this company is awesome.

Necessary to have bid in writing I did not. I got two chairs painted when I only wanted one painted and one reglued. I also expected the chair to be painted to be glazed so now I have two chairs that need to be glazed. I had a completely different understanding of the charge so it is not surprising that I am disappointed., I need a little can/bottle of touch up paint as there are already dings in the paint. The agent was very personable and very polite and on time.

BEWARE!!!!!!! This dishonest person who did a poor job quality wise will swindle you if he gets the chance!! I hired Byron because he gave a fair quote to fix one whole side of my fence which included removing the top cap boards and cutting the fence at an angle and then reinstalling the top cap board- this was for 5 sections of fence. When he arrived and after starting on the fence he backpedaled and said that no his quote only included 2 sections of fence. This turned out to be way more expensive than the quote I got for rebuilding each section individually -I said why would I go with him if he did not plan to complete the whole job I said that needed to be done ? Why would I create more work for myself? Originally he said that he could do the whole side-5 sections of fence and this was included and communicated in his quote. He said that he could do me a favor and do all of it for double what he originally quoted me. Be careful with this very dishonest contractor- he will take advantage of you if he sees the chance!!!! It turned out to be such a job that I have had to undo all of the work that he did in order to fix it-his craftsmanship is very poor- I do not recommend- watch out for this guy!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Byron was the first to call me. Keein came out and gave us an estimate. He came back and did the work and did a very good job. We would hire them again and also recommend them to our friends.

Byron did a great job replacing my fence post. He did exactly what he said he would do, did it quickly and efficiently, and for a fair price. I am already making arrangements for him to do another job for me. I will call him whenever I need anything done.

Better result than I expected on restoration of dining table. Byron did a spectacular job . He repaired and restored antique table to its original. condition. He kept in frequent contact with me, to be sure that he knew exactly what I wanted. Great customer service. Would give him 5+ stars if I could!!

Byron and Keenin responded quickly when our old fence blew over in a wind storm. Keenin came over to provide and estimate, and then replaced several posts and rebuilt the fence, all for a very fair price and working around a Spring blizzard. Online payment was easy and efficient. Keenin came over shortly after I contacted Action Property Services. He looked over the job and followed up with an estimate promptly. Byron followed up to make sure we received the estimate. When I scheduled the project, Keenin arrived promptly and worked efficiently to repair the fence. He asked before he left if there was anything else he could do. Everything was properly repaired and the site was left clean. I am happy with the way my project was handled.

I called them on Tuesday and they were out on Wednesday to fix three fence posts. They picked up the supplies I had ordered from Home Depot. The repair team were courteous, fast, and very professional.

We appreciated their work and communication. It made our fence repair really easy for us.

It was a pleasure dealing with Byron. He gave me a quote on Friday and the work was completed on time and on quote on Monday. The crew of 2 he sent to repair my fence and since new posts was very well executed. The crew were terrific; arrived on time with all the materials they need and did a terrific job of cleaning up on my side of the fence and my neighbors. Very professional and fairly priced and Byron offered me a senior discount without being asked and which I appreciated. I will definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Byron did not know about pulling a permit, where to get it, or how much it cast. He strung me along for almost a week, then told me I was the contractor, and he was the sub. Then wanted me to get a permit. When I asked about a contract, he said the estimate was the contract. Then I fired him and he used the f__ profanity.
