Very unprofessional attitude. Byron initially gave me a quote to fix the damaged gutter so that it was functional; however, I needed a back to original condition quote. We agreed on the back to original condition price. His 'finished' work was somewhere in between the two quotes and when asked to do what we agreed on, he became aggressive and demanded the money. After we came to an understanding, he apologized and completed the work (although we need to go back and do some touch ups to the paint because some spots were missed). His price was similar to the other quotes that I got, but I do not recommend based on how he runs his business. If you do hire Byron, make sure he writes down the materials and labor for the work that he plans to do.

Great! Fast, thorough, and well-done. He arrived ready to do the work and quoted a price that was the same as other quotes I'd received. Considering he was ready to do the work when he arrived and the gutters sorely needed cleaning, this was a great help! I'd hire again.

Byron was hired to paint my small condo. After he was finished and I inspected the work, I saw a number of areas that were missed or not completely covered. I asked him to go back and cover the missed areas. He stated he did, so however after another inspection, there was no change. He is friendly and arrived when he stated, but would not hire him again because I don't want to have to chase a contractor to fix their mistakes.

Bryron painted my railing and banisters quick to complete the job. He was very pleasant and professional. I will have him paint another project for me.

Since I wrote the first review, I've lowered my ratings across every category for this one man, disingenuous contractor. If I could have gone lower in my ratings, I would have even into the negative if it were offered. This man "Guaranteed for the life" his work on the gutters, When I contacted him to tell him the corners were still leaking, his reply was "That's impossible!" After of my several email/text attempts to contact him to which he never replied, he did answer a phone call he agreed to schedule a return visit to warranty his work. He never showed up. Despite what appear to be very favorable rating, he is, far as I'm concerned, he is the type of person that give other business's a bad name. First Review: I'm not ready to make any conclusive ratings until I see if his work holds up when put to the test since it was to fix gutter corner leaks. I do, however, feel Bryon was not totally clear about his use of materials. I had requested soldering which he said he would use over the phone. What he did use was what he called "solder' but was a form of tube sealant. That is not really solder in the traditional way of thinking. Imagine soldering copper pipe with that type of tube solder... no way. We'll see if it works in which case I'll rate accordingly. However, I think the value for money of his work especially since he used a tube sealant is not there by a mile. Essentially, his corner repair work was 10 minutes per corner and, even being generous, no more than a $1 worth of material which cost approximately $90 per corner or around $380. That's expensive... not a value. Had it been the type of solder I'd requested/thought and used, it be a much better value. His customer service other than the issue with materials was good. He was timely and responsive to texts/calls in setting up the appointment time

Byron did a great job sealing my gutters. He was courteous and professional. I'm going to have him come back in the spring to clean my windows.

Byron reached out on the weekend that I submitted the request. He was clear about services and provided a quote at no charge. He showed up on time, did great work (cleaned gutters and and exterior windows). There were a couple of windows for which we forgot to remove screens, and Byron followed up and came back to clean those windows. He also helped us wrestle the screens back onto the windows (harder than it looked!). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and the work, and will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!
