I realize that the charge would be a bit high as they came from Greeley, but would have appreciated an itemized statement- email would have been fine.

Byron was very professional to work with. Even though he was not able to get to us on the scheduled day do to another job taking longer then anticipated, he kept us well informed. Byron himself did not do the actual work, but his employee Pasquad was also a real pleasure to work with. The job was completed to our satisfactory and was done for a reasonable price. Byron did a good job. He showed up on time and took care of my project in a timely manner.

I located Action Property Services by using Home Advisor, in order to have a gutter on my elderly in-laws property replaced. I was contacted via phone by a man who identified himself as Byron. Byron said he would be at the residence the next day and would most likely be able to fix the gutter. I arranged with Byron to be there after 5pm so I could discuss the issue. Byron showed up earlier that day without contacting me. He then contacted me and advised me he would return the next day and replace the gutter and make sure it is sealed correctly so it did not leak and the water flowed correctly. Byron sent me a text stating he would complete this work for $100. I spoke with Byron and he assured me he would fix the gutter correctly. Byron showed up the next day and the first thing out of his mouth to my elderly mother-in-law was "you going to pay me?" Byron then got up on a ladder, moved some small amount of debris from the gutter and used a sprayed liquid rubber to "fix" the gutter. He then demanded payment. I spoke to Byron by phone and advised him that this was not the agreed service he was to complete. Byron stated his fee included "having to fight gravity" and he discounted his price to $75 however he listed the amount on the bill to be a $35 reduction. Byron stated he guaranteed the gutter would not leak and he did not feel the gutter needed to be replaced. He was at the residence less than 5 minutes! I checked the gutter myself and a small amount of rubber was sprayed into the gutter without properly cleaning it. The gutter leaked just as it did prior to this "repair." Byron still demanded payment after receiving this information. This man is a scam artist looking to make a quick buck and shortcut any work. He is aggressive with the elderly.

Byron was very professional. He showed up, in a snowstorm, to give me a bid on fixing our leaking gutters. He gave me a more than fair bid, showed up when he said he would, did not ask for up-front money, and as far as I can tell, our gutters aren't leaking. Pretty happy about that. He also trusted me to pay the bill by leaving an invoice, which I appreciated!

Byron took care of me and my needs in cleaning the gutters and installing the gutter covers. Was always in touch by phone.

For my job, I needed 3 things: - some carpentry to replace a rotten eave - cleaning of drop spouts - raising to the center of long gutter runs He talked me out of the carpentry (still needed) and failed to clean the gutters or raise the gutters. And charged $250 upfront. I called him back, he came back for about 30 minutes, then disappeared. Good riddance :-(

Good service and work by Byron. Would definitely hire again.

He also cleaned off some leaves on the roof and cleaned up around the porch without charging extra.
